I had the chance to stay here last weekend and was pleasantly surprized. Maggie Valley often feels overly commercial, but this place was quite charming. The front office staff was friendly and informative. We asked about good places to eat and were given a bunch of staff favorites, and the one we ate as was awesome (Go checkout Pop's when you stay here.) The room had recently been updated; the shower was amazing, and the room decor was super fun. I've never stayed in a hotel with potted plants before! It was such a homey touch. Check in and out was super smooth, the beds were clean and comfy, and the staff was awesome!

Rooms are very clean, and the service is amazing. The manager frankie has a positive attitude and very welcoming. Definitely dont hesitate to book a room here. Will recommend castlewood to anyone visiting Maggie Valley

Price brought us in but the rooms were clean, very well appointed and updated, bathroom looked all new. It's on the main drag in Maggie Valley, close to everything. Water is good tasting and hot water was abundant. Room is tight for four, but beds were above average.

Frankie and her staff was amazing host, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was terrific. If you’re are planning a trip to Maggie Valley please book your stay at Castlewood Inn, I promise you won’t regret it.

Yes. Our ground-floor King and Two-Queen rooms were recently renovated with refreshed interiors and updated finishes. We also offer classic upper-level rooms that provide clean, comfortable accommodations with mountain charm.

Is Castlewood Inn pet-friendly?

Yes. Dogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms. A $25 pet fee per pet per reservation applies, and up to three dogs per room are allowed. Please contact us if you have questions about bringing your pet.

How many guests can stay in each room?

Our King rooms accommodate up to 2 adults, while Two-Queen rooms accommodate up to 4 adults. For larger groups or families, we also offer a private two-bedroom cabin that sleeps up to 6 guests.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Yes. Guests enjoy convenient on-site parking located just steps from their room. Trailer parking may also be available; however, during sell-out periods priority is given to ensure each room has at least one parking space.

Do you offer ground-floor rooms?

Yes. Our renovated rooms are located on the ground floor, making them ideal for guests who prefer easy access without stairs. Please note there is no elevator to the second floor.
